Choose a central base for a town-wide week.
Ptown Perch is an entire one-bedroom condo at 220 Commercial Street. It puts central event spaces, restaurants and shops within a short walk while giving you a private place to reset.

Inside are a California king bedroom, queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, in-unit laundry, fast Wi-Fi and central air. Outside is an unusually large garden reserved exclusively for guests. The Airbnb listing is a Guest Favorite ranked in the top 10%, with a 5.0 rating from 10 reviews.
Walking times are approximate and the final 2026 venues may vary. Ptown Perch has no dedicated parking, and the second-floor apartment requires a long exterior staircase.
Getting here in late October
Ferry, flight, bus or car: what works for TransWeek?
Ferry: possible arrival, not a round trip
Bay State’s published 2026 season ends October 18, the first day of TransWeek. A sailing may work for arrival, but the regular schedule does not cover an October 25 return. City Cruises also describes its Provincetown season as ending in mid-October.
Air: the strongest car-free option
Cape Air publishes seasonal nonstop service between Boston Logan and Provincetown through the TransWeek dates. Build in weather flexibility and confirm the live flight before you travel.
Bus or car: verify the live trip
Peter Pan lists a Provincetown stop at Ryder Street. Check the live schedule before booking. If you drive, plan and budget for parking rather than expecting a space at the property.
Parking and access
Know the two practical tradeoffs before reserving.
No dedicated parking
The Town’s 2026 paid parking season runs through November 2. Grace Hall is open 24 hours with 354 spaces and costs $3 per hour up to $30 per 24 hours. Cash is not accepted and spaces are not guaranteed.
Commercial Street restrictions still apply
Parking is prohibited on Commercial Street between Pearl and Central streets through October 31, which includes all TransWeek dates. Use the Town’s live parking page for current rules.
Stairs are required
Ptown Perch is one story above Commercial Street and is reached by a long exterior staircase. It is not a suitable choice for guests who require step-free access.

October days and evenings can feel very different. Pack pieces that work indoors and outdoors without requiring a full change between every program.

Bring real weather protection
